200 ml glass bottle with organically certified meadowsweet syrup. The perfect companion for pancake mornings!
In the sweltering summer heat, with the sun high in the sky, we wade deep into the meadow to pick the heady bitter gorse flowers. Full of fragrance and pollen, we boil them down to a concentrated extract of aroma and flavor. Then, by adding sugar syrup to this extract, we get a bitter honey syrup. A rich meadow in a sun-kissed summer - all this in this small bottle!
No added preservatives. BIRZĪ flower syrups should be stored at refrigerator temperature.
